What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect: name (optional), phone, ZIP, project type, and timeline preference. When you call us, we may record your phone number for callback. We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking information, or government IDs.

How we use it

Quote-form data is used solely to prepare your written estimate, schedule consultations, and send build-related communication. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies for site functionality and aggregate analytics (page views, time on page) to improve the site. We do not use behavioral retargeting cookies. You can decline cookies in our banner.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents can request a copy of any personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale (we do not sell). Contact support@redstagcc.com with the subject line CCPA Request.

Data retention

Quote requests are retained for 24 months. Active client records are retained for the duration of the warranty period (lifetime of homeownership) so we can honor the warranty.
