Quotes are non-binding until signed
Estimates produced by the on-site cost calculator and quote-request form are ballpark figures based on stated inputs. A binding quote is only the written, line-itemed contract signed by both parties after an in-home consultation.
Lifetime warranty terms
Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty applies to defects in workmanship for as long as the original homeowner owns the property. It does not cover damage from natural disaster, vandalism, owner-applied finishes, or modifications by other parties. Full warranty terms are issued in writing at project completion.
Service area
We serve the 24 LA neighborhoods listed on our service-area page. Inquiries from outside this area may be declined or referred.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy, and design on this site is the property of Red Stag Construction Company unless otherwise credited. Reuse requires written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the contract value of work performed. We carry $2M general liability and full workers' compensation as documented under our CSLB license.
