Twenty-four cities, five service lines, fourteen years. We work from coastal Malibu to inland Pasadena, with city-specific build specifications calibrated to each microclimate, HOA, and permit jurisdiction.

How we organize coverage
Six regions, twenty-four cities, one quality bar.
We don't broker work to subcontractors in distant cities — we have one in-house crew that travels across LA County. That constrains our footprint to the 24 cities listed below, but it lets us deliver the same finish standard in Malibu as we do in Pasadena.
Each region has a distinct build context. Coastal cities (Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Venice, Manhattan Beach) require salt-grade fasteners and corrosion-resistant detailing. Fire-zone cities (Topanga, Calabasas, Hidden Hills) need Class A roofing-rated decking and ember-blocked perimeter detailing. Hillside areas (Hollywood Hills, parts of Bel Air and Sherman Oaks) involve structural steel substructures and PE-stamped engineering for cantilevers. Valley flatlands run on standard hardwood specs with HOA-driven design considerations.
Every city page below covers the local context: HOA names we've submitted to, permit jurisdiction (LA City vs separate municipal — Beverly Hills, Calabasas, San Marino, etc., run their own review), typical project ticket band, recent build example, and city-specific material recommendations.
