Step one: a 5-minute scoping call. We confirm your address, project type, rough timeline, and any HOA or permit context you already know about. Outcome: we schedule the in-home walkthrough.

Step two: the in-home walkthrough. Israel Acquino or our senior PM meets you at the property — typically 45 minutes. We measure the site, look at the architectural context, talk through material options (we bring samples), and sketch the rough scope. No sales pitch, no closing pressure. The walkthrough is free even if you don't move forward.

Step three: the written quote. Inside 4 business hours of the walkthrough, you receive a line-itemed fixed-price quote in your inbox. Material, labor, hardware, permits, HOA submittal — every line itemized, total locked. The quote is good for 30 days.

Step four: contract signature and build. Once you're ready, we sign a fixed-price contract, lock the build schedule, and start the permit and HOA submittal process. Build typically begins 2–6 weeks after signature depending on permit lead time and HOA review.
