How we structure the work
One company, five disciplines, one fixed-price contract.
We don't subcontract any element of any outdoor build we deliver. The crew that quotes you is the crew that builds it — paid hourly, on payroll, with the same incentive as the founder. That's true whether you're hiring us for a 60-foot fence replacement, a 1,400-square-foot Ipe deck, a custom 14-foot pivot gate, or a full backyard transformation with all four scopes combined.
Every service we deliver shares a common operating system: a free in-home walkthrough, a written quote inside four business hours, a fixed-price contract before any deposit, a written build schedule that's updated every Friday, and a lifetime craftsmanship warranty in writing. The pricing varies (a fence is not a gate), the materials vary (Cumaru for fences, Ipe for high-end decks, structural steel for gates), and the build days vary (4 for a quick fence to 60 for a full-yard transformation). What doesn't vary is the standard.
