What you're looking at
Real projects, real specifications, real pricing context.
Each featured build above is a real Red Stag project. The summaries describe the actual scope — square footage, materials, build days, and any unusual constraints (Coastal Commission review, post-fire rebuild spec, hillside structural engineering, HOA design review). When you click through to a service page, you'll see pricing context for that specific city tied to the spec.
Our project mix is roughly 45% fences, 30% decks, 12% gates, 8% outdoor carpentry, and 5% full-yard transformations — though the dollar mix is heavily weighted toward gates and full-yard projects, which run 5–10× the ticket of a standard fence. Median completion time from contract signature to walkthrough is 5–8 weeks across all project types.
Photo coverage is being added on a rolling basis. We're shooting roughly four projects a month at high resolution, prioritizing recent completions where we still have unobstructed access. If you want to see a specific build in person before committing, we can usually arrange a drive-by or a brief client introduction with prior approval.
